Eddie Gonzalez discovered his interest in construction over a decade ago. Coming from a family with generations of professionals in the Construction and Engineering field he quickly realized that he wanted to follow this track as well. He was able to obtain an internship working with a large South Florida General Contractor shortly after being admitted to the School of Construction Management in FIU. During his yearlong internship he was exposed to many elements of the industry. He began as a Project Manager Assistant and was also working alongside the Superintendents in the field. This was just the beginning, his talent and attention to detail was noticed by a prosperous South Florida contractor and he was offered the opportunity to work as a Project Engineer and quickly became the Project Manager in charge of an extensive list of projects ranging from office buildings, residential- mixed use, and commercial projects from the hundred thousand to multi-million dollar contracts for some of the most prosperous General Contractors and Architects at the time. After his tenure with the company, Eddie decided he wanted to pursue his career at an even higher level by opening The Number Group, using all the knowledge and expertise he had gained and catering to all future clients with the same drive and attention to detail that he used when completing every project. The Number Group opened its doors to South Florida in 2010 and through quality, timeliness and unparalleled service it has continued to gain the attention and recognition of many industry leaders.
